We are currently seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist with a strong background in adult neurorehabilitation and NDIS service provision. This role involves a mix of home and community-based visits across Perth’s northern suburbs, along with clinic-based sessions at our welcoming Subiaco location.
What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering person-centred assessments and interventions for adults with neurological conditions (e.g., stroke, brain injury, MS, Parkinson’s, spinal cord injury).
Providing NDIS Functional Capacity Assessments and reports.
Implementing therapy programs focused on ADL, community access, equipment prescription, assistive technology, home modifications, and carer training.
Collaborating with an experienced, senior multidisciplinary team including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, EPs and support coordinators.
Contributing to case reviews, team meetings, and mentoring junior staff (as desired).
Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with NDIS requirements.
Working flexibly across community, home, and clinic environments.
What We’re Looking For
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor or Master’s).
Minimum 3+ years’ experience, with strong clinical skills in adult neurorehabilitation.
In-depth understanding of the NDIS framework, goals-based therapy, and capacity building.
AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
Current Working With Children Check and National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain).
Valid Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
