Are you a passionate and experienced neurological Occupational Therapist wanting to have a change in your career? We are now hiring!  Enhance Motion is a small and supportive allied health team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and an Exercise Physiologist specialising in adults living with neurological disabilities.

We are currently seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist with a strong background in adult neuro-rehabilitation and NDIS service provision. This role involves a mix of home and community-based visits across Perth’s suburbs (Southern, Central & Northern, all within reason), along with clinic-based sessions at our Subiaco location.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering person-centred assessments and interventions for adults with neurological conditions (e.g., stroke, brain injury, MS, Parkinson’s, spinal cord injury).

  • Providing NDIS Functional Capacity Assessments and reports.

  • Implementing therapy programs focused on ADL, community access, equipment prescription, assistive technology, home modifications, and carer training.

  • Collaborating with an experienced, senior multidisciplinary team including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, EPs and support coordinators.

  • Contributing to case reviews, team meetings and our team PDs.

  • Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with NDIS requirements.

  • Working flexibly across community, home, and clinic environments.

What We’re Looking For

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor or Master’s).

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience, with strong clinical skills working within the NDIS and ideally that experience being in adult neurorehabilitation.

  • In-depth understanding of the NDIS framework, goals-based therapy, and capacity building.

  • Excellent communication, time management, problem-solving skills and working within a team environment

  • A passion for making a meaningful difference in your clients’ lives.

  • AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.

  • Current Working With Children Check and National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain).

  • Valid Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
